  • Anusuchit rakhrakhaav (Scheduled Maintenance) ke dauraan sevayein asthayi roop se band ho sakti hain. Sadasyon ko 24 ghante pehle Email / WhatsApp par soochit kiya jayega.
  • Aniyojit Downtime ki sthiti mein TSLGC 4 ghante ke bheetar sevayein punah sakriya karne ka prayaas karega.
Praakritik aapda, sarkaari nirdesh, internet seva vyavdhaan, ya anya Force Majeure paristhitiyon mein seva vifalata ke liye TSLGC uttardaayi nahi hoga.

Seva Mein Parivartan

TSLGC kisi bhi samay apni sewaon ko update, sanshodhit ya band kar sakta hai. Parivartan se pehle:

  • Mahatvapurn parivartanon ki soochna 15 din pehle di jayegi.
  • Pricing parivartan ke liye 30 din pehle soochit kiya jayega.
  • Nayi suvidhayein bina poorv soochna ke jodi ja sakti hain.

Nimnlikhit sthitiyon mein sadasyta / sevayein nilambit ya samapt ki ja sakti hain:

  • Terms & Conditions ka ullanghan.
  • Dhokhadhadi, mithya jaankari ya anuchit vyavhaar.
  • Annual Renewal Fee ka bhugtan na karna.
  • KYC dastavezon ki vaidhata samapt hona.

Seva samapti ke baad sadasya ka Dashboard Access tatkaal prabhaav se band ho jayega. Pending Commission (yadi koi ho) Refund Policy ke anusaar sansaadhit ki jayegi.
